Consumer health data privacy

Some states have enacted laws governing consumer health datacollected outside of the HIPAA treatment context (for example, from wellness apps or certain marketing programs). A&A Family Pharmacy's primary collection of health information occurs in a HIPAA-covered pharmacy setting. That use and disclosure is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
